The Louisiana Grills LG800 Deluxe is just that – a bigger and better wood pellet grill to exceed your BBQ expectations. Featuring large cabinets, dual side shelves, double-lined stainless steel lid, a programmable meat probe, and an easy to use digital control center, anyone can be the king of the grill. Reach precise temperatures up to 600 degrees using pure hardwood pellets, fed by the motorized auger from the 21 lb capacity pellet hopper. Two levels of porcelain-coated cast iron cooking grids offer 838 sq. inches of direct or indirect grilling space over the sliding flame broiler plate. Leave it shut for classic pellet grilling or slide it open for direct access to the flame. The proprietary exhaust system allows smoke to flow fully around your food and out, cooking and smoking it evenly using convection. On the front of the grill is a stainless steel tray, perfect for holding sauces or other items. The grease bucket is hidden inside the cabinet, closed up behind swinging stainless steel doors. For having a drink while holding down the grill, a bottle opener can be found on the front-left side. Four heavy duty locking caster wheels keep the grill stable, or let you roll it over to your next cookout. Like all Louisiana Grills, the 8-in-1 cooking system lets you braise, smoke, sear, bake, grill, roast, chargrill, and BBQ.
