From grilling to slow cooking, use the single dial control knob to fully control the burner rings. The dual burners offer three unique ways to cook. Simply turn on the independent 18,000 BTU outer burner ring to barbecue. Slow roast with the heat reflection shields integrated into the lid and residue tray for convection-like cooking. Or use both burners at once for direct heat to sear steaks and seafood. Average temperature ranges for this grill are between 250-700 degrees and are monitored by a built-in thermometer. The Fuego Professional features a new 45-degree hinged lid design. This allows you to safely open the grill without reaching across the cooking surface. Cleanup is easier than ever with a new open fire-bowl design, allowing debris to fall straight into the removable residue tray. Easily roll the grill to your desired location with the locking, non-marking industrial casters. Unit ships as propane ready with orifices for natural gas conversion included.
